WFTGA Convention Program
The hosts at any point in time may change the program and itineraries without prior notice to the participants. It is at their discretion to ensure the successful continuation of the planned program.
By registering, you agree to the sharing of your “ordinary” personal data you provide with the participants of the convention and the stakeholders to enable effective networking and business exchanges to take place.
The organisers collect this information to enable participants to receive excellent catering service and avoid problems with food allergies during the meeting. It is your responsibility to ensure the relevant and correct information is shared. The information is only accessible to appropriate organizing staff, and to service staff responsible for catering; it is not shared with other participants.

Note: Organisers as well as participants will have to follow all the rules regarding health protocols given By the State at the time of the Convention.
PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO MATERIAL
Pictures and videos will be taken throughout the WFTGA Convention, including the pre and post tours. These will be reproduced in WFTGA educational, news or promotional materials, whether in print, electronic or other media, including social media and the websites.
The organisers/WFTGA reserves the right to crop, splice, treat and edit any imagery or photographs taken at the convention/event and tours. The Participant waives the right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written or electronic copy. Additionally, all rights to royalties or other compensation arising or related to use of the name, photograph or biography are waived by the Participant, Participant’s agents or employees. All photographs and video materials taken at the WFTGA Convention become the property of WFTGA and the organisers. Naturally, Participants always have the right for their picture to be removed. Should you wish to have your picture or video removed, please contact us and we will take action accordingly.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Express your interest to join us in Novi Sad, Serbia by pre-registering. Pre-registration will give you direct access to the Convention Newsletter, the latest and updated news and you will be the first to receive the opportunity to register for the Early Bird registrations and choose your preferred Convention hotel.
Early bird registration and prices will be available to the first 100 participants to register. The Normal convention prices will apply from the 101st participant to register.

Receipt of the completed registration form will be automatically acknowledged by an automated email sent to your email address. This automated email acknowledgement does not mean confirmation of your booking. The hosts will communicate directly with you thereafter confirming whether your registration is accepted or not, based on availability at that point in time.
Should you be registering a group, and will be requiring one invoice, please contact the organizer.
IMPORTANT TO NOTE
In some cases there is limited space and should capacity be reached, a first come first serve concept will be implemented at the hosts discretion.
The convention Pre and post tours will operate with a minimum of 40 pax. Should this amount of participants not be reached, the organizers will cancel the tour and all participants will be re-imbursed.
Participants are to register first and wait for the final confirmation and the invoice from the organizers, prior to booking and paying for flights, visas and other travel costs.
It is the participants responsibility to ensure that they have the appropriate visas in place, along with medical and travel insurance.
Registration fees must be paid in full by bank transfer or credit cards no later than 30 days after registration.
Registrations not paid in full by the due date as mentioned on the invoice (30 days after registration) will be automatically cancelled.
The organisers can not guarantee the availability of specific accommodations, events, tours after the deadline.
All changes and cancellations must be submitted in writing by email to [email protected] with a reasonable explanation. Your cancellation or changes will be acknowledged by return email.
Cancellations received up to and no later than 31 October 2021 will be reimbursed and subject to a 10 % deduction for the handling costs incurred. Cancellations received between 01 November 2021 and 31 December 2021 will be reimbursed and subject to a 50% deduction for the handling costs incurred.
Cancellations received from 01st January 2022 will not be reimbursed and 100% cancellation fee is applicable.
All refunds will be processed and returned within 60 days following the completion of the Convention.
Any participant who selects a registration package in a double or twin room sharing, agrees to, in the case of the sharing participant cancelling, to pay the single room rate. The participant may on their own seek another sharing participant and inform the organizers as such.
